I used The Stevens Realty Group for two property sales and tenant placement. I was pleased that they could handle both commercial and residential sales and leases. In 2021 I sold a commercial property that involved complicated property valuation due to a existing commercial lease and resolution of first refusal options. The sale started before Hurricane Ida and completed soon thereafter even with issues caused by the storm. Concerning a residential property that I owned in 2020 at the height of Covid the Stevens Reality Group found a tenant when the existing tenant moved due to pandemic issues. I just recently sold the same property and Stevens handled that sale to completion in what is now a challenging market.
