Robert Stevens is a 1980 MBA from Loyola University of New Orleans. Stevens’ real estate career began in 1978; while attending graduate school, he worked with a painting contractor and sold residential real estate. In 1979 he accepted a position with South Central Bell Telephone Company and performed corporate real estate acquisitions. In 1984 he began working for Travelers Insurance Company as commercial investment manager for Louisiana. While in this position, he performed both commercial lending and asset management duties. In 1985 Stevens successfully completed all course requirements for an MAI appraisal designation. From 1988 to 1994, before opening The Stevens Realty Group, he was involved in property management. He was Senior Vice President at Westminster Management Company and then President of Real Estate Management Company.
Currently, he is a member of the National, Louisiana, and New Orleans boards of Realtors and an associate member of CCIM. Stevens was a board member of Louisiana Realtors in 2010 and president of the New Orleans Commercial Investment Division in 2011. His primary real estate activity is in the New Orleans metro area as well as Baton Rouge. He has also advised clients on properties in Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.

Kenny Hurst is a 1973 graduate of Louisiana State University’s engineering school. Hurst has been in sales since 1982. He owned and operated TV Facts, a weekly TV listing magazine from 1982 through 1985. From 1985 to 1994 he had an advertising career in radio that included vendor marketing responsibilities with WWL, WLTS-FM/Lite 105 and WTKL-FM. In 1994 he ventured into industrial sales with Cleaning Systems of Louisiana. He was responsible for design and sales of vehicle washing systems. His clients included General Motors, Exxon, Shell, and Chevron, as well as many private investors throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. He was president of the Advertising Club of New Orleans from 1991-1992.
Hurst joined The Stevens Realty Group in 2004 after completing the online curriculum for his real estate agent’s license in an astonishing 30 days. Currently he is a member of the Executive Achievers Association, Advertising Club of New Orleans and received his CCIM designation in 2010. His primary real estate activity is in the New Orleans metro area.

Robert E. Stevens is a 2010 MBA from the University of New Orleans and a 2008 graduate of LSU’s college of business with a degree in economics. He began working part-time at The Stevens Realty Group while in graduate school as bookkeeper and accounting liaison with property owners and CPA’s. Stevens is a 2012 licensee with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and as a full-time employee, currently assists in property management while directing and controlling financial reporting as required by owners.

Frank Pennebaker is a 1968 graduate of the University of Louisiana Monroe with a degree in Construction Engineering and a 1978 MBA from the University of New Orleans. He is a Vietnam veteran and a Purple Heart recipient. He began his professional career as a field engineer for Brown and Root as well as a project engineer for Fruen Colin and later a construction manager for a family owned general contracting firm. Pennebaker then worked for Mellon Financial in the construction lending business. He has extensive construction experience and residential experience, including building single family homes, brokering, appraising, and managing.
He began working with The Stevens Realty Group in 2009. His main responsibilities include day-to-day management of the third party portfolio of properties and assisting in the general brokerage of the company, both leasing and sales. Pennebaker is a licensed real estate broker, a certified residential appraiser, and has successfully completed all CCIM courses.
